Rules

Rules of Play:

1. 1. This is a co-ed tournament. Teams are not divided by level.

   2. Player roster can be different for each game (understanding that work schedules make a 3 day tournament difficult for some). All players must be placed on the master roster at time of registration.

   3. All players must be 18 or older.

   4. One team fee to be paid prior to any game play. Each team is responsible for collecting money from their own players and sent in by March 8th  by check or a Hero Invitational payment method. 

   5. Have fun, be safe! Helmets, gloves, and shin guards required.

   6. If you do not have a team jersey, you must make sure that each team member has both dark and light colored jerseys/attire in order to easily differentiate teams on the ice.

   7. Games will be played in straight time, with no stopping. There will be a 10 minutes warm up prior to each game, 5 minutes in between each period and three 15 minute periods. The last 2 minutes will be played with stopped time if the game is within 3 goals.
